I am Lamya Valter Schmidlin,

The granddaughter of a restaurant owner with Italian roots and a Polish travel enthusiast. I grew up in France, the country where the art of living is celebrated around fine food and human connections, with a touch of sophistication. A spell in Northern Italy and Spain, a few experiences in Argentina and the US, and here I am, an adopted Parisian.
